Cebu Bistro & Bar has been serving up new American fare into the late hours for over 13 years, in Bay Ridge.

Cebu is inspired by the classic notion of a bistro, great food, great drinks, and great friends. Chef Carlos has taken these classic elements and has delivered them in a new and exciting way, adding bold and complex flavors to the dishes you know and love. Our drinks menu is carefully curated to bring your meal full circle, with refreshing bold flavors and delicate blends.

Cebu features an eclectic take on the usual bistro fare, offering up “home style” cooking set in a warm, stylish atmosphere. We’re open dinner, lunch, brunch, and late night!

The Bistro as an institution emerged in the 19th Century as an eating and drinking place accessible to the working man – the cooking was simple but flavorful, the portions copious, the wine modest but abundant – and customers and waiters were on first name basis.

Cebu Bar & Bistro is also available for private parties and catered events. The following information should help answer any questions you may have about holding your party at Cebu.

Our private party room accommodates groups from 20-32, with our private party room including the bar area accommodates up to 70 people and up to 80 guests for our main dining room. An average time of private events runs approximately 3-4 hours.
